Real Estate Remote Sales Partner (RE-RSP) | Freelancing | Work From Home

As a Freelancing Real Estate Sales Partner, you would:

• Report to Sales Team Manager (STM) – Daily
• Identify and Continuously Generate potential property buyer / investor leads through known network and unknown network channels, online and offline platforms
• Create / Understand the need – Budget, location preferences, loan requirement etc., suggest the best matching ongoing project, share the details with the lead
• Build Effective Relationship, follow up for Site Visit, Coordinate with Sales Team Manager who can facilitate and assist you with the same including company provided cab arrangements etc.,
• Assist the lead in the decision making process by helping them identify their favourite available plot in the project, guide through the booking process, loan process and property registration till patta handover

Points to Note:

• The projects are in Trichy, the candidates can work from home anywhere
• This role does not have any monthly fixed income structure like salary etc., The income is based on Sales closed. Payout is done on the same day or worst case by the next working day from the date of property registration with every individual client – UNLIMITED Earning Potential
• Basic English and Fluency in Tamil is required
• Own Laptop is preferred
• Initial Training and Support will be provided at Trichy office and regular online meetings / webinars
