Salary: Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000 per month (plus) Incentives
Education Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree or Above
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced can apply
Language: Basic English, Fluent Tamil
Other Criteria: Preferred to have own laptop, own 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler (not mandatory)
As a Real Estate Sales Co-ordinator, you would:
Achieve the Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets by:
- Cold Calling database | Work on Social Media | Referrals from Known and Unknown Network – Generate leads of potential property buyers / investors
- Create / Understand the need like budget / location / facing preferences, loan requirements etc., and suggest the matching ongoing project and available units
- Coordinate for Site Visit and follow up for booking, property registration till patta handover
In order to achieve the Sales Targets, below are the input metrics taken into consideration to measure the performance level:
- Number of Dialouts – 150+ per day
- Call Quality Scores – Above 90%
- Talktime – Above 3 hours per day
- On Time Follow Ups / Minimum 5 attempts of calling for Non Contacts / Whatsapp Messages – As per the report
- Product and Process Knowledge Scores – Above 95%
Output Metrics:
- Number of Plots Registered
- Number of Plots Booked
- Number of Unique Clients Visited our Projects
- Number of Project Site Visits
