As a Freelancing Real Estate Sales Team Manager, you would:
- Reporting to Joint Director / Director of Sales – Daily
- Hire and Build a team of Freelancing Sales Partners on Part-Time, Full-time, Remote basis; Continuously Build and maintain a network of people who can refer potential property buyers / investors
- Keep the team motivated through Weekly and Monthly Meetings
- Coach the team on real estate market updates including all the Ongoing and Upcoming Real Estate projects lined up for promotion and Sales
- Continuous training to the team on lead generation techniques through Known and Unknown Network, Telecalling Scripts, System to track the Sales Funnel
- Review the Sales Funnel with the team members regularly, identify areas of improvements, help and support every team member to achieve their financial goal for the month / year
- Join the team member on Site Visits to ensure effective demonstration of the project to the client with correct and complete information, assist in getting the booking done, loan process wherever applicable, property registration and Patta handover to the client
Points to Note:
- Only for Candidates currently living in Trichy, Tamilnadu
- This role does not have any monthly fixed income structure like salary etc., The income is based on Sales closed by self and team members. Payout is done on the same day or worst case by the next working day from the date of property registration with every individual client – UNLIMITED Earning Potential
- Team Handling Experience is mandatory
- Basic English and Fluency in Tamil is required
- Work From Office – Full Time – Day Shift – 6 days working in a week with offs on Mondays
- Own Laptop and Own 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler is preferred
- Initial Training and Support will be provided
